I have over 30 years of training and fitness experience, which includes extensive boxing training, free weight and calisthenic training, and sports related endurance conditioning. I've been working at an significantly intense pace, for much of my tenure with amazing youth, vitality, and anti-aging results.

I've built personal aspects of my success directly into the system, so others can benefit from the true variables of success in fitness. Many of the conventions that are available today have questionable results, since most tranformative value in fitness is really based on the solid application of simple timeless movements over extended periods of time.

The mental and emotive approach to getting results that carry over into the personal development spectrum is based on strong discipline and progression application of high intensity techniques using the most effective movements. There's definable and measure structure involved, and also a measurable qualitative aspect regarding heart and emotion, which are the core pillars of the system's effectiveness.
