Various boxing and weight training gyms are available to commodate participant schedules and preferences. And in hot weather conditions, outdoor training is also available.

Participants will not only learn the required aspects of intense conditioning, they will also undertake learning of advanced combat techniques in boxing. Footwork, hip rotation, hand, arm, neck, shoulder coordination, and proper punching application are all critical in efficient boxing proficiency. Although participants are not looking to become professional fighters, detailed attention to proper movement and coordination is required to even practice boxing training consistently.
